Energizing Coffee Smoothie
Sofia was thrilled that she could be the taste-tester!
Here's the recipe:
- 2 cups ice
- 1 frozen (sliced) banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1Tbs (heaping) soaked chia seeds
- 1 cup cooled coffee
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or whatever works for you!)
DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients -- and enjoy! Oh, if you want it a tad sweeter, you can add a bit of honey or agave!
