Energizing Coffee Smoothie

Sofia was thrilled that she could be the taste-tester!

Here's the recipe:

coffee smoothie
  1. 2 cups ice
  2. 1 frozen (sliced) banana
  3. 1 scoop protein powder
  4. 1Tbs (heaping) soaked chia seeds
  5. 1 cup cooled coffee
  6. 3/4 cup almond milk (or whatever works for you!)

DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients -- and enjoy! Oh, if you want it a tad sweeter, you can add a bit of honey or agave!
