Homemade Thin Mint Cookies
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of Creme De Menthe
- Ritz Crackers
DIRECTIONS: Melt chocolate and then stir in Creme De Menthe. Dip a Ritz Cracker into the smooth, chocolatey mixture. Coat both sides of the cracker. I used my fingers for this part, but use a fork if the chocolate is too hot! Place the chocolate-covered cracker onto wax paper. Before the chocolate sets, use your finger or a small spatula to smooth the top to resemble a Thin Mint. I popped mine into the freezer and I swear they taste just like Thin Mints!! IT’S SHOCKING AND DELICIOUS!!
