DIY Glitter Globes

See this content in the original post

This is one of those “any occassion” crafts that I love so much. What is really fun is that you can take any of your kid’s tiny toys and make a glitter globe from it!

What you’ll need:

  1. Spray paint
  2. Gorilla glue
  3. Small toy
  4. Glitter
  5. Mason jar

DIRECTIONS: You can choose to prep your toy by spray painting it your color of choice--or you can leave as is. I colored my little bunny figurine a nice festive pink color since Easter is right around the color.

Next, take your Gorilla Glue and glue your small toy to the bottom of the mason jar. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to fully dry. Don’t rush this part of the process because you don’t want your toy coming loose and floating around your mason jar.

Once the glue has fully dried then add water to the brim of the mason jar. Take a spoonful of glitter and add to the jar. Reattach the top of the jar and give it a good shake to make sure that there are no leaks. If it doesn’t leak, then you’re all set!!! You just made a homemade glitter globe:)

XOXO
